Upon completing her Honours degree in Transport Economics, Ms. Augustyn initially pursued a career in this field at the Department of Transport Economics at Stellenbosch University. Her interest in community development led to her completing a Social Work qualification at UNISA in 1996. In 1997 she started lecturing at UNISA and was simultaneously appointed by Stellemploy.

With a background in Economics, Ms. Segers joined Stellemploy in 1998 in an administrative role. After changing her focus to the selection and registration of students, she enrolled at the International School of Adult Education (ISAE) and received a Management Master Diploma in 2017 with Adult Education and Human Resources as majors.

Ms. Theunis completed a Financial Management Diploma at Boland College before she was appointed at Stellemploy in March 2018.
